WIRX’s core mission is to maintain the safety of our employees, others on our work sites and the general public. To this end, WIRX implements a behavior-based safety program.
- A Site-Specific Health and Safety Plan (HASP) is prepared for each and every assignment.
- Prevention of occupational injuries/illness.
- Every member of WIRX’s staff attends mandatory monthly safety training sessions, and the field staff is provided additional “tailgate” sessions.
- Last Minute Safety Assessments are conducted before beginning any activity, large or small.
- WIRX’s staff members are properly informed and trained in both our internal and client’s safety and environmental protection procedures.
At WIRX, we take safety very seriously, and our safety culture will benefit the overall safety at our clients sites.
WIRX maintains an Experience Modification Rating (EMR) at or below 1.0
